Hare's Ear, Tungsten BH
One of the most classic fly patterns of all time with the likes of the pheasant tail. This fly has stood the test of time due to its ability to imitate crawling and burrowing mayfly nymphs so accurately. No angler should be caught without these in their box. This fly can also double as a small stonefly imitation when fished in the larger 14 size.
The natural hare's ear color makes a fantastic callibaetis imitation for those summer days on large stillwaters, boosting this fly's already incredible versatility. Olive is also a very effective color for stillwater fishing. Pick them up in size 16 and you won't look back!
Hand-tied with care and special additional gold wire covering the gold tinsel to help protect the tinsel from snagging on fish teeth. This is a very common issue with this fly, and we aim to make flies as durable as possible.
